Hi Earl

We left Friday in the snowstorm, made Windsor that night, stayed in between Nashville and Memphis Sat. after a stop at the Scoreboard in Nashville for some ribs and pulled pork, and got to within an hour of Houston on Sunday. We were turning from I-55 to I-10 at New Orleans just about kick off time. I figure around 3000 km one way.
Let me know when and where. I would like to see your new toy in action and eat some pork.
First big cook will be soon. I'm still playing with the unit finding out how it behaves.

We certainly wish you the best of luck with your first big cook.
