Peter, glad you made it back okay!! How long of a drive was it & be sure to let us know when you get a big cook going. As i mentioned below, we may try a pig next weekend at my work. If anyone is interested in coming down to eat some pork, let me know & i will see if we can set it up.
This will be our first pig on this cooker so wish us luck.
