hey morning there Doc . some of the guy's/girls there need a little help every now and then you know lol . they often get confused at cooking temps and at internal temps on shoulders before removing from the cooker . some even get confused on when the chocolate chip cookies are done . but i have to tell the truth here , Mop , BBQfan1 , Earl , and Graham are making me be a good boy over there lol . .... reg
