Hi Guys!

Mop, you don't want to get too hooked on that deep fryer. The North American BBQ comp in Buffalo in September is going to have a wing category from what I understand. You'll need a pretty proficient grilled/smoked product for that.

Sort of O/T, one of the best chicken wing stories I have happened way back in 1989 when I was living in Ottawa. This was when O'Tooles still had 10 cent wings on Tuesdays. A softball team of big guys came in and ordered A THOUSAND wings! It was really something to see.
