hy Ron . we cook them for aprox 13 minutes for the bigger ones . out of the fryer into a bowl that contains the sauce , then they get shaken and onto the plate .
the sauce we use is 1/2 bottle of Franks , 1 tablespoon vinegar , 1 tablespoon melted margerine (don't use butter) about 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt , 1/4 teaspoon of celery salt . this is your base sauce . if people like them mild , thats the sauce to shake them in . now if you like them hotter , take four tablespoons of you base sauce ( this will coat about 12-14 wings ) add about 1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere's original seasoning and about 10 globuals of any good HOT sauce into your shaker bowl , give them a few shakes to coat and thats it , on to the plate . the hot sauce i use is one i have been working on for years (lol sound familiar )and has a sun dried tomato base and habs for heat . thats it Ron ..........reg
