well since nobody is posting here thought i would . the warden picked up a boneless veal roast this afternoon and said " you can do whatever you want with it " . now she's not sure what cut it is but she paid $ 3.99 lb . so who has all the experience with veal ? it will be done on the WSM on Sunday . reg
