For someone who eats almost anything with 4 legs, I really have a problem with veal. That locking them in the pen and force-feading them milk and fancy grains....naw, not for the Qfan. Let 'em walk around a while, then stun em and cut em into bite-size pieces more my method of operation...LOL
Having said that, sounds like you might have a loin roast type thing. NO piece of that meat is overworked, so all quite tender and delicate. A mild rub, a gentle cook and enjoy; the bastage is dead, nothing I can do for that one...LOL
