morning there Jim . the pit i'm building will be a clone of the Good One 60 T . it's 5 feet wide , 3 feet tall and 24 inches deep. it has an offset fire box that runs the length of the cooker and a heat damper the same length . from the cooking side it has 4 pull out shelves , 3 are 23 by 59 and the other about 18 by 59 . will have double doors for access. and yes i will be using it as part of our catering hardware . reg
