Thanks, Bruce. Lets see...110 lb; 120 people... thats a lot of 24s. LOL I've got 3 butts and 10 racks of sides on now, it is such a nice day for Q. Trying out new rubs on everything. Heavy on the allspice and cinnamon this time with apple cider mop and cooked on apple. Think i'm gonna have to get the shotgun out about 5 or so to keep the neighbours off. But if they should come over with some Brantford currency that would be a different story.
