The new cooker is great but it's a bit finnicky. Does not like the wind at all!!! With a bit of a north wind today the upright was 40* cooler than the main instead of 20*. Other than that it's just fine thank you. Did my first paying job on Tues. Eye of round for 50 for customer appreciation night at the local watering hole. They mopped the juic eoff the plate and screamed for more.
BTW the map is in the mail LOL
