I charge $550.00 US plus the cost of the hog - 120 pound max. I include my piedmont sauce at no chagre, others are extra as are any sides. If I cook it onsite there is a additional charge. Expensive - yup, but I don't care. I am sometimes several hundred dollars more than my competition. I have all I want to do in that anyway already scheduled for the summer.
BTW, I just bought a 30x8 klose trailer pit with the removable shelf/center door option for hog cooking.
