hey morning there Ron. i think what you have found with the wing sauce is very true or with any sauce for that matter. the celery is a very small part but if it's not there you notice it's absence.

i like to play with different combinations quite a bit and not very often do you find one that works well. i'm still fooling with a sauce for comp wings just in case i end up going to the comp in Buffalo that is going to have a wing catagory. i think i'm getting close maybe not 100% but real close. reg
