Reg you are a subtle guy. I had no celeri salt but used celeri seeds instead. It does make a difference in the sauce but it's so subtle. Had I eaten the sauce at your place I would have said that there's something that I can't put my finger on that makes this sauce so good. Thanks for the tip. BTW I used onion powder and chili powder in the best fries this family had.
Tonite it's giant italian meatballs spaghetti. I fry them quickly in suet ( you only live once ) to seize them before baking them. Big difference in taste compared to oil.
