whats going on with everyone here ? nobody cookin anymore . Scotty what you been doing ? you didn't take up sewing did you , havn't heard from you in a while . well i tried a new chicken brine yesterday and have to say it was only ok . used a small piece of cherry as smoke wood and it was toooo strong . another recipe bites the dust . anyway going over to the meat supplier this morning to pick up my fresh pork bellies . got a shock when i found out the price had doubled from last year , $ 1.99 a lb for the lean stuff . it will cure for ten days then get smoked . yep thats what i need , more pork fat lol . reg
