Hey Reg, I was just wondering the same thing. I check this forum a few times a day for new topics, but it's been pretty quiet here.

I haven't had too many weekend days to myself lately so I've been doing more grilling than anything. Would love to get a good smoke in but it's a question or finding time and co-ordinating people to help you eat (I don't believe in freezing or leftovers). I'm dying to do a butt and make some pulled sandwiches. Did a loin roast on the grill using indirect method with a bit of oak smoke, although it was good it just wasn't the same.
