Reg: Yeah, I made up a gallon of it, strained off the veggies and will put into either glass jars or old apple cider plastic containers (seem to be collecting a few of those since I came back from Tennessee with a taste for AppleJack..lol). Mom says she has a 10-12 lber, so I will need to add some more water/liquid anyway. That may be answer. Have you tried injecting straight melted butter into the breast/thighs of a bird? Was it really noticeable?
