Which company is it that says 'Membership has its privileges!' Well, whoever it was, stole it from the CBSA! LOL Actually, Reg, we are working at adding in more and more membership rewards for the dedicated Q'ers who have signed up. We are a young association (est. Mar 31/2001), but if you are interested in cooking with wood and smoke, or hell, even propane and smoke if that is all you have right now, then you have found your new home on the internet! We all have a strong interest in low n' slow bbq; some take it to the level of competing, others just want to impress the heck out of the wife/kids/boss/neighbours/friends! This year the CBSA is looking at adding more 'value' to the membership package in way of sponsor discounts, promotional items (stickers, keychains etc) and special prices on CBSA merchandise. This is in addition to the 10 issues we've promised members of our signature newsletter, 'Smoke Signals'. If you view cooking with smoke and spice as a hobby of yours, then I would say, signing up now, puts you in the front row for the bbq boom that is just beginning to happen in Canada.
