Hey Pete, the canopy is held on with velcro tabs and does not need to be removed to pack-up.
With two people. it takes less than one minute to get it packed away in the bag.

There is absolutly nothing to remove to store it.

When you hang the sides, the tops go under the lower portion of the top canopy. In the words of Jim Carry in Pet Detective.."Fits like a glove"

LOL, nope, you're right, it never rains for the comps....
