Subject: wide open

yesterday i had to run with the vents almost wide open to get the heat i wanted . this is the first time since i got the WSM that this has happened . it was only a 5 1/2 hr cook and i had to add lump . seemed like the wind came from all directions and a little extra tending had to be done . i had used three racks to keep the ribs from overlapping and get an even cook on all . reg
