Yes Mike I do remember your e-mail. It was a long time ago and a lot has been going on. I ran the restaurant on Fri, Sat and Sundays last year as a sort of experiment. My original plan was to operate as a deli and take out, with catering (on site) available. So the sit down part was about 3 years ahead of the original plan. This year I am going back to the first plan and will be doing the on-site catering and deli/take out at the store. There is a lot of work ahead to educate the public about "real bbq". I think that taking the product out to the people is better than waiting for them to come to me.
