well yesterday ( Tuesday ) finally finished making our fresh sausage . aproximately 45 - 50 lbs of links and patties . quite a sight to see my 84 yr old father get right in there , down and dirty and man i'll tell ya he sure gets a kick out of it . its a little slow going at times but worth the effort . what a hoot . reg
