Subject: Plans for a mobile bbq pit

I am building a mobile bbq pit! Does anyone have any plans, sketches, drawings, ideas???????????
We are building our Mobile BBq Pit from the ground up. Starting with The frame for the trailer and so forth.
When it's done I hope I can show you guys (and girls) a picture!
This unit is going to have a rotisserie spit.
Some interesting info. I got from a magazine(Restaurant Hospitality) on rotisserie cooking:
Rotisseries are popular because they lend themselves to display cooking and are appealing to watch. Rotisseries also have the reputation for producing healthful foods because there is no added fat in the cooking process and natural fat in the product drips away as it bastes itself in natural juices. The process also keeps moisture loss to a minimum. Under a crispy, seared exterior is a lean and juicy product.
Rotisserie cooking is one of the easiest cooking methods and can be mastered quickly. The ease and popularity of rotisserie cooking makes it one of the hottest current trends.
There was more, but I think you probably get the idea, and for me just typing this is making me hungry!
