hey BCB , i agree with the theory of the way rotos cook . i have an old beater made from an 250 gal indoor heating drum that i have used for years . Mop has one of the best set-ups i ever seen . he picked it up last year in the states and has done quite a few caters with it already . you gotta see the way the spit itself works . it's a cage and the whole hog or whatever goes right inside then you tighten it down with wing nuts , pretty cool . maybe he can post a few pics of the setup for you .
Earl also just picked one up but i'm not sure if it has a roto or not . maybe he can chime in also . reg
