well i have to tell you , i was pretty impressed with them chops last night . took the body off the WSM and loaded the charcoal ring . started her up and put the grate on the charcoal ring , then realized the grill was to close to the heat . then i applied lessons learned from my Egger buddies (Qfan and Mop)and put two bricks on the first grate and put the second grate on the bricks . perfect distance from the coals and the lid fits over the whole works . versitle little cooker . thinking maybe i should paint it just wondering what colour i should use . lololol ... have a great day everyone , reg
