Subject: Fall Flavours

All:
A nice fall day out there today in SW Ontario. Got a small pork roast ready to roll tonight. Actually, that is exactly what I'm gonna do to it! Roll it out, put on a spread of smoked black olives, garlic and pepper and then re-roll and sear for a few minutes. Next step, into a V-rack, add a few pieces of pecan wood to the fire and finish up indirect for about 30-35 minutes. Looking forward to it! A homemade apple crisp with vanilla ice cream for dessert, and hopefully a nice fall meal will be complete. Whatcha all cooking out there?
