Hey Mop, Bruce,just got done workin a double shift.Sounds like 300 people to be fed Sat. and 300 Sun. Can I cook some a week in advance and freeze. Also how much longer of a cook time for a full pit, how many butts can I get on a 54x24 rack.Thanks...bbbrown
