Hiya bbrown50, I`m real new to logistics and am not really experienced enough to guide anyone in that field I`m sorry.

I`m sure Bruce is capable to lend you a wealth of knowledge in this or any other field related to cooking as he has coordinated thousands and thousand, friggin near a hundred events with him leading the way as the shining front man, as a matter of fact he is a legend in these here parts, Just ask him, he`ll be the first to agree........LOL
