U can't always get what U want...but if U try sometimes...

You can't smoke everyday -too bad. Sometimes you have to grill and here's how I make my burgers:

Throw some of your favorite rub into a couple pounds of hamburger meat with an egg and breadcrumbs and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Mix it all nice and tight. Cook on a slow grill. Take your time, have a few, and finish them with your favorite mop or bbq sauce. Grill the buns and top those babies with mustard, (relish if you like the stuff), sliced jalapenos, onions and a slice of tomato. And keep the neighbours away if you can. LOL
