Ron , that is a very good point and it sounds great , the warden says a bit of garlic salt and pepper would not hurt . lol . Maybe by introducing the low and slow method to bbq could possibly be the way to increase the members of CBSA and slowly try to gain the respect of gas grillers. this is all new to canadians basically, absolutely the best way but maybe not always the only way . reg
