Bigj here,I,m in the 7th hr. of do'in another brisket.It,s cook'in nicely and so am I.Put 'er on at 10:30 this morning,a 6 1/2 pounder.Don't know if the results will be the same as the last one but the effort sure as hell will be.Threw on some honey garlic sausages and some wings as well for the cook, to keep his strength up as this heat wave tends to play old hell with us dedicated Q'ers.Congrats to Reg and his parents,and hope all the rest of you BASTAGES have a happy Canada Day!!!!Good Q'n,Bigj.
