I went thru the brisket fest last weekend and am still recovering ! I think I'll skip on over to Centennial Park in Etobicoke today and feast up on some ribs.

Got the Father-in-law's birthday next weekend and he's requested smoked ribs and baked beans. Better warn Consumer's Gas the the impending gas leak will not be from one of their mains !! LOL
