it`s almost 7:00am and I just checked to find the Egg clicking along at 230º, the Butt has been in the cooker for 9 hours and I have made ONE, adjustment, man!, my hog cooker is thermostatically controlled and I have to adjust it more than that!.....p.s, don`t tell the people on the EGG forum how good it`s working for me, I don`t want to shatter my image....
