Subject: jonathan richman box set

Well, in the abscence of a legal licensed Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers bow set, I made my own.
Three cassettes, ninety songs, spanning thirty years and twenty-odd albums.
Except its not so much of a boxed set as a lacky-banded set.

To mention some of his better-known songs:

Volume one covers 1971-1978 and includes Roadrunner, She Cracked, Pablo Picasso, Hospital, A Plea for Tenderness, I'm Straight, Don't Let Our Youth go to waste, Hey There Little insect, i'm a little Dinosaur, Lonely financial zone and morning of our lives amongst others.

Volume two covers 1979-1989 and includes affection, that summer feeling, this kind of music, give Paris one more chance, my jeans, the UFO man, chewing gum wrapper, when harpo played his harp, Fender stratocaster and I eat with gusto, damn! you bet.

Volume three covers 1989-2002 and includes I was dancing in the lesbian bar, velvet underground, Tandem jump, you can't talk to the dude, Nineteen in Naples, Vampire Girl, Vampiresa Mujeres and - somewhat out of sequence- Ice Cream man

Comes with a free booklet written and illustrated by me.
