My boyfriend is dislexic and has been working on hit pilots instructor's license for over two years. He is 24 and lives at home with his parent. He's had some medical problems, prior to the two years that held up his progress as well. He tells me that he's working on his polits license, but has yet to accomplish his instructors rating, even though he has the full support of his parents and does not hold a job. I just need to know if his dislexia is holding him back or is he simply using it as a crutch not to face life. I am a relatively successful individual and have overcome my own challenges in life. Is dislexia holding him back or is he allowing this to happen?
