I found that if i learn a little then have a rest, then learn a little more later on i remember. It is a fact that the human brain can only remember 7 plus or minus 2 things at a time. so if you are studying for 2 hours that is about 1 hour 45 minutes too long per session. try just 15 minutes at a time.
