I have dyslexia and I now teach Aeronautical Engineering. I found that taking in little bits of information then having a break helped, and when it came to exams DO NOT revise the night before. if you dont know it by then you have no chance by the morning, revising all night will only make you tired and then you will get frustrated. At the age of 38 myself I go out with my friends and have a few beers this relaxes me, i have a good night sleep and find that i pass the exams the following day. Good luck and I hope this makes a difference.
