Hi am shirley 40 and have a degree 2:1 in Graphic Design i know were your coming from, I'm not saying HO look at me i'm saying that although my dyslexia problems are very bad it is posible to do well. Are you not getting help from your learning support department at you college? you sould be, more time on its own is not good, you need to be shown strategies that will help you to cope. One of the thing I did was to only study for 30 minutes at a time do somthing else for ten to fifteen minutes then review and do another 30 minutes. Put things on tapes lisen while you drive, make tea etc. getting use to your own voice is dificult. Also puting key thing on cards keep it brief and use them for reviwing, I then found that in exams when i saw these word they prompeded my memory. hope these help you and I hope I'v explained it ok all the best with you futre
Shirley
