Dan, I would recommend using books on tape or cd. THe recordings for the blind and dyslexic(www.rfbd.org)
Once you have a diagnosis or a signed letter from pediatrician you have access to all cd's and recordings. You could receive all her textbooks for free on cd or tape. It is extremely useful for students with reading challenges. If they do not have textbook on cd. They will custom record for you. Go to website and check it out. You will probably have to buy a tape recorder or have a laptop.
My son uses these in high school and it has made a world of difference for him. Good Luck!
