Dystexia has a very lonely and bitter inside himself but he is fearless. There are some teachers in the colleges did not know Dystexia problems. Before your son takes any courses try to ask someone who already took those courses and see which teacher is more helpful or the way he or she teaches is the way your son can accepted.
I always gave a big pictures to my students about the subject or topics before go to details. I scaned all the multiple chose questions before asked my students. I did that because I think this is the best way to teach my students. I did not know I am a Dystexia until 3 weeks ago because we find out my son is a dystexia.
Bring a recorder with him, take a picture of the lecture note on the blackbroad. Try anything he can. Use the Word to type the paper before hand in. Ask the teacher for project instead of multiple choose questions.
