Subject: A wild party!

Hello loving sissies! I miss you guys! We had Grampa's birthday party last night, and it was very nice but it wasn't the same without your guys' crazy antics, and without Naomi lying down in the middle of the floor after eating too much.

For dinner we had spinach salad (which I made, and therefore was definately one of the best salads made in recorded history) and then there was pork roast (which I didn't have but Nathan said it was good) as well as mashed pototoes, yam casserole, and a thingy with onions and dates which mom made. Then for dessert we had coffee chocolate cake with Shady Creek vanilla ice cream. Super yummy!

I also got to meet Grampa's half-sister Laura, who I guess would be my "half Great Aunt". She was nice and had some interesting stories to tell. She remembers you, Naomi, from when you visited her, and she remembers Kaiser running down the stairs to wake you up.

Liam, as usual, is cute. Last night we put him to bed on one of the guest beds in G & G's house, where Laura had some of her stuff. There was a pile of kleenex about eight inchen away from him, and when I went to check on him, he had somehow gathered quite a few pieces of the kleenex in his sleep and was holding them against him like a teddy bear. Silly baby! He says "LOVE LOVE AUNTIES!!"

Hope all is going well over there, and I think of you often!
