Hi Brenton, on specifically management performance, I think ERG like most recognise such as Walt and other good people are saying, has grown from humble beginnings, mistakes have been made, from small acorns great oaks grow though, the company now embraces the whole world.
Peter Fogarty has grown revenues, has a touch of chardonnay about him, other than that I think he is alright. Sandy Murdoch have an excellent opinion of--ie he also suts on the board of another phenonemal (despite the depressed share price in the curent bear market) Aussie success story Computershare.
