The Miss Christian United States Pageants will make the following titles available for eligible contestants:
Little Miss Christian United States Princess (ages 5-8); Miss Christian United States Princess (ages 9-12); Miss Teen Christian United States (ages 13-18); and Miss Christian United States (ages 19-29), open to women regardless of marital status or motherhood).
This new pageant system is under the direction of Tamika Johnson, a professional speaker, author, and performer who has spoken to thousands of children, youth, and adults and held a number of titles including Ms. Christian International 2006, America’s Fit Miss 2006, Ms. Black Maryland 2005 placing second runner up in the national competition, and was third runner up to Miss Delaware USA 2001, she is also a sought after pageant consultant.
June 24, 2006, All contestants will compete in at least three categories: Fashion and Spokes Model Competition; Evening Wear, Onstage Question; and the Miss and Teen Divisions will compete in a five to seven minute personal interview. Those crowned receive free entry to the Miss Christian International Pageants in September 2006, scholarships, public speaking development, and a number of other prizes including jewelry, cosmetics, and hair and skincare services.
