 Is this site exclusive to former Speke residents, or may "foreigners" from Norris Green join in?.

The site is for all scousers not just Speke .....Norris Green is where I went to school ....nice then but not so nice now.....hopefully things will happen to bring Norris Green back to a high standard........we can only hope.
