Do you by any chance live in Sydney? If so my friend ozelle (Sydney too)still doesn't have her copy of the book and she ordered it for ME at the CQS conference as well. I live in Melbourne and I have mine already. She has done all the things you have and this is what she told me just recently....
Oh I am still awaiting my LFN book the publishers said in my email to them that it would take 4 - 6 weeks and that was from 14 November and so it's nearly 2 months now!!
I hope it comes soon ... this is just so frustrating for you both.
