The workshop phone rings. You hear the clangclang of the bell it is connected to.
Needed because there is sometimes lots of noise. Not today though. Just you.
Under the bonnet of the 1984 Mercedes 300SL. You continue working.
After the third set of clangclangs your mobile phone starts ringing.
Call divert is a wonderful thing to have. You reach to to the top of your
toollbox for the phone.

The voice in your ear is French, and female. Only one word. "Jean."
The last time you heard that word over the phone was just over a year ago.
It was a male voice then. English. It sounds better in French.
Closer to your real name but still the codeword.

"Yes," you say.

That one word reply is all they need to continue.

"1978 Fiat 124 Sport Spider 1800 Convertible
Preferred color light metallic blue.
Ten days.
Price no object."

Another car to find somehow. Steal or buy.
They don't care how you get it. As long as you get it.
You know they are the good guys that use people like you to get things that they need.
Your specialty is cars. Any type. Any year.

And a metallic blue 1978 Fiat Spider should be pretty easy.
The hard thing is working out the price.

In the episode "Before I Sleep", Jan Baylin crashed her car into Michael and Nikita's car.
Later we see Sarah/Jan in her car again.
this is where the car came from.
