Subject: Can anyone explain to me (r)

What in the world is going on in this particular story? To me, it introduced a rather creative premise -- that some sort of time-traveler had infiltrated Section -- and then just left it hanging, without any sort of explanation as to who this person was, what he wanted, or why he was so fascinated with Michael in particular. It thus struck me as an enticing *beginning* to a story, maybe even a prologue -- but left me wondering where the rest was.

Judging by your comments, Nell, I take it this is a crossover with Lois & Clark? Would knowing anything about that show help me understand this?
