Gah! No. I just couldn't write someone that compulsive. I'm old enough to remember the Odd Couple (in 80's reruns like Happy Days and such) and never thought I'd see (and love - because Felix Unger annoyed, Monk is somehow endearing) anyone worse, but Monk takes the cake.

I've found that even though there are plenty of shows I've watched over the years, there are very few that I search out fanfic on. And even less that I want to write.

If I thought I could do a credible job, I'd write Hawk from the Spenser series, but there's no way I could do those characters justice *sigh*

Angst in fiction - great. In RL - not so much, lol!

Yep, uh-huh. I wouldn't want to be near any of these people in RL. Ignorance is bliss in these cases :)
