Subject: The First Golden Oldies Drabble Challenge

While preparing the drabbles for archiving, I was impressed once again with the wealth of writing talent locked up in these little ficlets. I'd forgotten how wonderful they were to read, and the clever skill of those authors in writing a whole story in so short an amount of words.

It occurred to me that, while most of us will go to the Archives to re-read some of our favorite long stories, we don't usually go to re-read in the drabble Archives. And, some were not around to read the drabbles when they were posted here in the first place. What a waste of a great source of LFN fanfic!

It is in this spirit that I invite authors who have written drabbles to again share with us their special small LFN ficlets.

The First Golden Oldies Drabble Challenge:
Post up to three of your own drabbles, either from The Nikita 100 Drabble Archive or from The LFN 100 Drabble Archive (links at the top of this page). Use a dividing line of stars between drabbles. And, no new drabbles, please.

I can promise you'll have fun re-discovering your own drabbles; you don't need the time to think up new drabble plot bunnies; it's easy to cut and paste them from the two drabble Archives. How can you resist?
