Subject: Speke 1960's

Posted a message last month and mentioned some of my old pals etc. just wanted to throw a few more names into the pot, people I use to hang around with in the sixties whilst living in Speke, the McGuffey family, my cousin Ray Gryba, the O'Connor family who ran the Pegasus pub, Bendan RIce who lived in All Saints Road who was at school with me at Stocktonwood.

Great times at Austin Rawlinson baths, Woolton and Garston baths. Playing football on Speke Comp playing fields. Used to go boys club in a hut by Speke Comp, table tennis and snooker listening to Sgt Peppers.Guy who ran it lived by the crescent in Speke. Also remember Dunlops where my mum and dad worked, and of course The Metal Box.
