The fact still remains; John A. Scudero Jr. was elected by the majority of the Members of MIC.

Elected Mayor Scudero Jr. has not over step his bounds of Constitutional authority as the Head Executive of MIC. You talk about him been out of control, but you offer no proof! Because there is no proof! The bad situation that you allude to is all in your mind. The only thing John did, was to inform the Members of the true financial status of MIC. Now if that still gets your dander up that john would be so bold as to think that the Members deserve to be informed, you are one sorry individual. Members deserve to be informed, it is their Right.

As far as John creating, as you put it, a �facist� state, you again are so wrong. John executed the office of Mayor as written in our Constitution as head of State. If MIC employees are under the illusion that they are above the Constitutional Law, and above the Mayor, you are again Wrong!!

John did not do anything illegal at all, that was against the laws of the Constitution. Protection of the Members right to know the financial condition of the Community was all that he has committed.

Yes the 11 members of MIC council removed John in violation of the MIC Constitution. IN doing so, violating the due process of John, and all citizens of Metlakatla. In these United States, all citizens are afforded the protection of the Bill of Rights.

Your post is bogus, and your spelling of �facist� is also wrong!
